Can I run the game without looking at my phone?+
Mostly, yes. On Android you can map calls like next down, clock start/stop, and flag to the phone’s own volume buttons or to any paired Bluetooth remote — a clicker, ring remote, or camera shutter. Presses still register with the screen off, and haptic feedback confirms each one.
Can it run a whole season?+
Yes. League tools cover schedules, assignments, conflict detection, standings, tournaments, and a public website.
Does it work for youth flag football?+
Yes. ReadyRef is used for youth flag football leagues, school and church programs, and adult recreational play. Girl-play counters, rush limits, and configurable downs handle the rule sets youth leagues actually run, and public league sites never publish player names.
Can it run a flag football tournament?+
Yes. Build single-elimination brackets or round-robin pools, seed by standings, manual order, or random draw, and let final scores advance the bracket automatically.
