Settle the argument

Can you spin in flag football?

Yes. As long as the flags don’t rise.

Spinning away from a flag pull is legal under IFAF rules, as long as the spin doesn’t noticeably raise the flags.

Spin and dip (bend your knees to get low) and it’s still legal. Spin and jump, or spin into a dive, and it’s a foul. If the spin causes contact, it’s on the runner, who is responsible for avoiding it.
