Can you run on an extra point in flag football?
Only for 2. The 1-point try is pass only.
The 1-point try is snapped from the 5-yard line, which is inside the no-run zone, so it has to be a forward pass play. A run on it is an illegal run play.
The 2-point try is snapped from the 10, outside the zone, so you can run it or pass it.
IFAF Flag Football Rules 2023, R 8-3-2-c, R 7-1-3-f
A run on the 1-point try: illegal run play, no point, and the try is over (signal S19).

NFL FLAG works the same way: the 1-point try from the 5 is pass only, and the 2-point try from the 10 can be a run or a pass.
